X series cycloidal pin wheel reducer the  principle of planetary drive with small teeth difference and the new struction  of cycloidal gear meshing with pin wheel, confirms to the standard of  JB/T2982-94.
 Normal working conditions: temperature  is 0~40, well-ventilated, non-corrosive materials, 1000 meters below altitude.  When used in special conditions, should adjust the service factor or contact us.

• High  Speed Ratio And Efficiency:the maximum ratio of single stage  reducer is 87, the double-stage reducer is 7569, the three-stage reducer is  658503. The efficiency value of single reducer is 0.80~0.85.

• Stable  transmission, low noise: many meshing teeth, big overlapping coefficient.The prin ciple of balance makes the vibration and noise in the smallest  range.

• Compact  structure, small volume: result from the principle of planetary drive. Compared  with the ordinary gear reducer of the same power and ratio, either volume or weight can reduce by 1/2~1/3.
